"Veganism is so healthy" (disturbing)

Just saw a thread saying you need carbs only. Come on bro that chit is so wrong. Let's see by examples as real world images speak louder than theories.

The guy who makes these videos is a complete idiot who believes staring in the sun is good for health, eats raw meat only, even months old raw meat, and former psych ward attendee. But his anti veganism videos showing vegans transform over the years are pretty spot on

Want to be as strong as an ox?

Then eat like an ox.

Meat, Dairy, and Eggs are old news now.

the flipside to this is there are a lot of vegans, especially indian women in the US, who are all fat because really vegan means you can eat everything but meat and they literally eat everything but meat including all kinds of processed high sugar crap and bakery crap.

I think a vegan diet could could be viable if you are supplementing like crazy and intaking large quantities of amino acids.

A vegetarian with the aforementioned supplements is definitely viable. I might go vegetarian cuz im not a proponent of animal cruelty or hormone infused tainted meat products we get on the market.

Bro...the potential hormones are the least of what you should be worried about in commercially raised meats.

And i agree. Vegan or vegetarian diets can be fine but most people don't have the slightest clue about how to get the macros and micros they need. It's just basically eat a bunch of non-meat products and hope for the best.
