-patents both agreed to 340/month amount of money for child support in 1991.
-decades later sloot decides he didnt pay enough and is awarded over $20,000.
-Nothing paid directly to son only the mom

Child support doesn't just automatically go to the son idiot, it's to help the mother pay for the household things like food and bills and what not.

She agreed to the ****ty rate. Thats like accepting a low wage from employer and complaining years later it wasn't market rate.

She told him the rate...he went to court with that rate...he lied about that rate. So yes he’s on the line for being an idiot.

No, that’s like your boss telling you how much you’re getting paid, and then undercutting you on your pay cheque.

It’s also like if a developer tells you how much your house is worth after it was built, but used shoddy material to make it, so it’s worth less.

Different rules different places. Some places it's based on your income. Sounds like he made a lot more money and hid it from her or something. Don't know up crazy sloots and this won't happen to you.

Salaries change and their agreement had no mechanism to address this. What if he started making less would his payment be reduced I dont think so
