Yeah, tbh I always thought he was natty. Either he was and then decided to hop on which isnt an issue, but regardless .... I feel like most of these guys, esp youtube infleunezas should always disclose if they're natty or not just for educational/awareness purposes srs.

The simple rule of thumb is if you are making money or fame from your lifts/physique, then you're juicing - because why wouldnt you be.

The only somewhat questionable areas are in sports where there is an element of morals.

Definite gyno, he's certainly using gear but a lot of guys get gyno who don't even lift. Especially older guys but that retard isn't even big.

I bet this video is one of the first times its been noticeable. Guys prob on suicide watch after getting ethered in comments.

Well I wouldnt buy their plans in the first place, but I still respect and value their opinion, it just depends on where they're coming from, even on the misc .... I'm still gonna respect the views and ideas of a person that juices or not, and see what works for me.










As a natty, I think Alphadestiny / Omarisuf and Alan Thrall / Candito and that Jeremy Etihier dude are probably the best to follow as a natty becaues those guys definitely look natty and talk about some good stuff for natties/ begginer lifters.
