Lost my kitten today 2 days after he was neutered (feelsbad)

Found him dead early this morning laying in his litterbox. He had been not eating or drinking post op and very lethargic so was worried. Took him to the vet and he said there was nothing he could do. Lifes a bitch. I miss the little bastard so much
