"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Soon there will be knockoffs at half the price. You can buy a Bowflex spin bike which is half the price of Peloton and still use the Peloton app.

My gym has a "kinetic room" that is one wall of equipment like what they show on that site. It's actually pretty awesome, the movements (as with any "normal" cable exercises) are much smoother and are less harmful on the joints/body long term when compared to barbells/dumbbells (pretty sure this is scientifically backed but I could be wrong lol)

I think this is the future but I just don't care. Maybe I'll try it if my wife wants one or when I'm old as chit and just need to keep moving. I enjoy moving plates around. I like to read paper books too.

It's a great warmup to hit everything at 100 different angles really fast, and for burnout sets after free weights. 10/10 would buy again.

The weights go up to 200, but 200 is significantly more on this than real life barbell/plates.
For instance, I can bench 185 for reps. On this, my bench is less than 100.
My squat and deadlift are both in the low 100's on the machine
