The CDC is a joke

Blows my mind why people treat their rona **** as gospel, they're fukking retards
Some highlights from their website:
Treating BMI as a healthy weight indicator, as well as waist size, because fat people only gain size on the waisthttps://www.cdc.gov/healthyweight/assessing/index.html
Saying a healthy diet is eating fruit(even if its dried) and drinking milkhttps://www.cdc.gov/healthyweight/he...ing/index.html
Look at the physical activity list, playing with your children or yard work is okay, no mention of the gymhttps://www.cdc.gov/healthyweight/ph...ity/index.html

Don’t forget that it was also the government who recommended a high carb diet (food pyramid)

The government doesn't know chit about nutrition/health. Think about the FDA, brb banning a fat burner because fat people pretty much OD'd and died. Created this illusion that actually lifting is a bad thing, if you're big you're on OJ, you have a tiny dik and you're probably gonna kill yourself.

“The Misc. is a stone-faced Uncle Sam with Popeye’s forearms and a cocked pistol in each hand. It’s a screeching bald eagle with a foreign Bad Thing in its talons. It’s everything that defines America’s bro culture, magnified and weaponized. But it’s deeper than that.“

Nah certain fats are bad, but being fat isn't bad. If you eat bacon and eggs you're unhealthy right?
