I’ve been getting muscle spasms in my right arm
I’ve trained every day for the past five days after a two week lay-off, and I’ve been getting muscle spasms in my right arm, in my biceps area.
What could be causing this?

When you take a break from training your body goes back into a "shocked" state; the twitching is most likely caused by excessive lactic acid build up in the muscle
To help prevent this and DOMS I always stretch my target muscle group during the workout and drink a ton of water to help flush that acid out
It'll resolve on it's own boyo
