Started smoking at 16

Stopped permanently at 36

The year I quit, I tried to stop several times before being successful. The penultimate time I tried to quit, I went two weeks without a cigarette, but told myself I could smoke one and quit again the next day. Didn’t work; I smoked for two more weeks. The last week I was a smoker, I cut down to two cigarettes a day, one upon waking, and one before bed.

This cut down the nicotine in my body so it was easier to quit cold turkey. On October 31st, 2007, I smoked my last cigarette, and haven’t smoked one since.

Started smoking around 13. Started smoking a lot around 15 when I got my driver's license. Quit when I turned 30 and haven't smoked a cig in 5 years and 9 months. Started vaping which has its own issues but my lungs feel better than when I smoked. I don't miss smoking but I do miss dipping when I'm working outside

Started around 18, quit around 21. Just got sick with a pretty nasty cold one year that I noticed were getting worse and worse with the smoking. Just quit cold turkey after that.

Started at 14 quit at 23, took me a couple tries of going through cold turkey. What always fuked with me was not having anything to do while waiting. Smoking is the goat for taking a break or killing time, it helps section up your day and gives your hands something to do.

Now everyone has smartphones they can bury their nose in for those inbetween times.

14-20, quit using chantix and blunts the first month to get over the hard cravings

25-27, quit by switching to vaping and cravings just gradually decreased (used the lowest % nicotine juice)
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
