Have you ever been attacked by a primate or other wild animal?

Met some guys from North Dakota that went on an African safari. One of the guys wanted a baboon to have it mounted. He had a guide. They were driving around a small mountain and the guide said when they come around a bend there will be baboons on the cliff. Shoot the biggest one with the most grey hair on its back. He came around the bend and the baboons on the cliff started to scatter. He shot one in the back and it fell about 50 yards and landed on the path. He goes up to it and when he's a few feet away the baboon gets up on its legs, raises its arms and made a loud piercing scream that made the guys hair raise. It opened it's mouth and showed it's fangs. He said "Nobody told me their fangs are THIS long!" while spreading his index finger and thumb. He hadn't reloaded his gun, and his backup guy with a gun had bust out laughing. Then the baboon retreated into the jungle. They had tracking dogs, but the guide would not allow the dogs or the guy to go after the baboon in the jungle. He said it would rip his arm off and beat him to death with it.

Been bitten and scratched to chit by a cat and was bit on the hand by a Chow Chow when I was three years old.

Was also bitten by one of these cheeky buggers, but it doesn't hurt:

I stuck one on each ear as a kid just as a joke.

No attacks other than that. Unless you count insects.
