is big neck and wrist biggest indicator of strength ?

i am not talking about neckcels who train their neck but a naturally wide neck and +8 inch wrists, if i see this on person i assume they are strong as fuk naturally without lifting weights.

Nah. 99% of men that don't lift won't even put up 135lbs regardless of wrist size

That's rare. I've put tons of 200lbs+ bloaties under a bar and they could barely press 100lbs, it's normal for beginners

Also 154lbs isn't a twink for under 6' boyos

dude on the right probably doesn't even lift (or just does some calisthenics stuff) and he mogs the other dude who took roids for that physique

bone structure can definitely stop you from becoming a "sikk kunt"

I would say big hands and broad shoulders are the biggest markers for strength potential.

Some people can fire their motor neurons more effectively making them stronger than normal for their muscularity. That mind:muscle connection improves with training too(push ups def help press exercises)

Guy on the right is carrying much more muscle than the average overly tall man, whether it's genetics or training it doesn't matter.

Being a sikk kunt isn't about how you're born, it's about becoming the best version of yourself.

Are you really that shallow & negative? 5'8 guys obviously don't have wide shoulders, so they.. just shouldn't even try?

I have friends who never really lifted until their 20's. They did Muay Thai so they are in good shape.

My ~200lb friend put up 185lbs a few times, super unsteady but he did it.

You are talking about extreme weak beta males who have done minimal physical work at all in their entire lives.

For overall strength potential, yes. Hence why all the stronmen are big boys with thick wrists and big necks.

Look at the wrists of the best bench pressers. Unless you're a freak and a pharmaceutical experiment like Larry wheels, you'll notice these guys are thickboys.

There are obviously a lot more factors, but those two are usually together in top level strength sports.

I'd say yes. Big wrists means big bones, joints and tendons. Also the bigger the diameter of the bones means that the amount (mass) of muscle surrounding them will also naturally be greater.

I have enormous wrists and neck but I'm weak af. I think you still have to develop the muscle.

He’s right about the small wrists being ideal for bodybuilding. Unfortunately, I have large wrists. Makes my arms look smaller than they actually are.

Exactly, 99% of people would say they're the same person if you hid the head. There's virtually no difference between the 2.
