He probably uploaded this vid in the first place only because he thought he would have the last laugh and get the gym douche in jail for a bit or at least get him a criminal record. But fate was not kind to him that day, and how he has this viral video out there of his mogging, for everyone to see. Poor guy can't even take it down since its gone viral and there is no point, it will just pop elsewhere. This way he can at least get a few bucks through ad revenue.

Tough. He probably at least ended up banned from the gym. You need due diligence ahead of time to stop guys mogging you like this, or lowlives will do so all day. Only let certain people in, make sure you know people they answer to, know what you will do in any physical conflict, record, know the authorities, etc.
