Illinois Micers - come claim some of Zuckerberg's money
Thousands of Illinois ******** users could be eligible for payments as a result of the class action suit. The law firms behind the suit have set up a website where users can see if they are eligible for payments, and can apply for those payments pending verification of eligibility.
To be eligible, claimants are required to have lived in Illinois for at least six months, and must be ******** users for whom the website created and stored a facial recognition template after June 7, 2011.
If eligible, claimants could receive payouts between $200 and $400 from the fund. That amount could vary based on the number of valid claims filed before the deadline of Nov. 23, 2020.
