Bought some new gym and running shoes. Feels so damn good to be on track.

Feeling hea positive af that I finally act instead of thinking. Just setting up the foundations for routine. Been wearing the same chitty shoes for 3 years for running, gym and work so I figured it was time to get actual ones for proper purpose.

Got gel-kayno 26 asics for like 260

And xero shoes for like 200

Also apparently I favor the pronated technique when walking and running so I just found that out

Bought some adidas for the gym.. cost me 40 bucks.. most recent purchase was a rip off jay cutler lifting belt last year. Used it maybe 2 times.
