jfl mine are 16inch and they look huge. btw I'm talking muscle not fatceps, if you're over 12% don't even bother. If it ain't veins, it's fat

No way.

I got 16.7 inch arms cold flexed at 6’ 12-13% bf and my arms are bigger than almost everyone I know (natty and not higher bf%).
There are VERY few people with 18” arms who are both natty and 12% bf. It’s mostly tall people, 6’3+, where there arms are big because they are overall larger, even though they don’t look impressive.

There is almost no difference between 12%-16% in overall size in how you measure it. Its not like you carry much fat in your arms unless you lost the genetic lottery.
I have 16inchers and I have smallish arms I think since I never trained arms until this year.
Athletics > Aesthetics
I guess its time to start training again.
