Do manlets follow the kids under 12 dose for medication?

I’m fully aware the recommended dose of any prescription/ OTC medicine for children is about half of an adult. I have never seen any specific mention of manlet dose though. Is it safe to assume they also follow the dosage recommendations for kids under 12?

Manlets have it so easy. 95% of the clothes in stores to choose from (including the kids sections), while us manmores have to hope the xl fits since its the largest size many stores carry.
