What are the pros/cons of having a fat taxi driver as one of your neighbors?

I swear one of my neighbors is a fat taxi driver. He is very fat, has a ponytail and wears Harley Davidson T-Shirts. Probably in the mid-40s.

Doesn't seem to smoke, but coughs a lot all the time, and spits on the street when he walks by. Probably used to smoke in the past.

I know his first name (won't reveal of course), but don't know his last name yet.

Pros:

If you need a lift somewhere, you should be able to have him drive you.

Cons:

Can't think of any.

Nothing really aside from the fact that he coughs and spits a lot. But he's very kind and always says hello.

people who cough / spit alot are marking their turf.

Coughing = same as a lion/wolf howl so he is showing vocal/airway dominance.
Spitting in front of your house = same as peeing on your lawn.

He sounds pretty alpha. Wouldn't fuk with him
