What are the pros and cons of sending a gift to an ex?

Thinking about sending her a gift card (anonymously) as it's her bday soon.

I've forgotten about her hell i cant even remember her face today but i do remember the sex vaguley and i kinda miss it and i want to send her a gift card in the mail
