Lite mayo? At least some mustard? Dill salad cubes? a few almonds?
And have you ever noticed that canned chicken smells almost just like tuna, people where I work have complained that I'm eating tuna when it has sometimes been canned chicken.
(Also I'm getting 20g P with a small can of albacore).
