Why do people think eating healthy = Bland/boring?
Meal prepped some jerk chicken on the grill last Saturday with sauteed spinach. It came out damn good, even when I microwave it. Tons of flavor and all I had to do was marinate it in jerk sauce
This Saturday I'm gonna meal prep Chicken fajitas with bell peppers all on top of brown rice.

because it takes more effort to make tasty healthy foods
unhealthy good tasting food - can order from any restraunt
healthy home made foods - the easiest ones to make are bland
people are lazy. as in really lazy and not waiting to marinate things or prep things ect

basically everyone is retarded because our monkey brains are trapped inside of this skull case and the chipset is tapped out and our firmware is outmoded
thats why people think stupid shiit.
at absolute best we can boostrap brains together but the data transfer is so lossy (languages) that it very often makes people more retarded or gives false high confidence intervals.

Most folks think its all about deprivation when in fact you can be quite creative as you pointed out.
Coworker of mine went on a "diet" and brought in Tupperware filled with just lettuce every day until he shockingly gave up.

I know of obesitycels that associate the word "healthy" with displeasure and sacrifice. It is rather unfortunate, but a purely emotional response. I've never had to sacrifice anything and remain relatively fit.

I think healthy foods are overatted now. I wish I could feel the difference from eating healthy but I just can't.

If you know how to cook and how to utilize spices you can make anything taste delicious.
I have about 20+ spices in my spice cabinet I use. It doesn't have to be boring at all.

As far as seasonings go, salt (fine and coarse), pepper (fresh ground) and garlic powder get used in the vast majority of dishes. On top of that I have about 15 other individual seasonings/spices in my cabinet, as well as 5 or 6 store-bought seasoning blends/rubs. And that's not even getting into wet marinades/sauces.

I prep Monday-Thursday's meals on Sunday inbetween the late window NFL Games and the SNF game, only need about an hour. Go to the gym in the morning for cardio and abs, then stop by the store, pick up chicken and vegetables. Get home, marinate the chicken, put in the fridge, watch NFL Redzone all day with my friends/family. Get up take the chicken out of the fridge at the start of the 4th quarter, when the game is over over, head to the kitchen, throw chicken in instant pot, cut up veggies, toss with oil and spices, throw in the oven. Go watch SNF, come back 30 mins later to pull everything out and let it cool. Come back at halftime to split into containers, toss in fridge, done.
If it wasn't during Football season I can do the whole thing in less than an hour.

I started meal prepping Saturday, though I'll do Sunday, but the earlier the better for me. But you basically got it down easy. If I don't grill I'll sauté for 2 mins on each side then throw in the oven on 450 for 17 minutes. Comes out juicy and flavorful.
And vegetables are nothing. Easy peazy.

I agree with you OP. My food tastes good. Been eating the same way for at least 5 years now and I don't really get tired of it. I put BBQ sauce on my chicken (baked plain) and my yams are baked plain and broccoli/green beans are roasted with just cooking spray, salt and pepper.
