I think it is weird that teachers can get charged with more crimes for sexual misconduct with minors because of their job.

It isn’t super common where a chosen profession makes a certain act more illegal because of the chosen profession.

I guess it is probably meant as a deterrence technique for people who are around minors on the regular.

Like, I get administrative punishment from the place of employment. That makes sense to me. But to be able to be charged with more crimes because of your place of employment.....

It isn’t that I agree or disagree with this regulation. That doesn’t matter.

I just find it weird.

People make the mistake that boys(under 18) don't get affected by sexual assault or even consensual sex with older women.

This is untrue.

My sister is in med. school and is studying to become a psychiatrist. She met a boy who was molested by his step mom. He went on to have 15+ sexual partners by the age of 16 and has all kinds of viruses. He is a trouble maker who has major behavioral issues in school and has to see different doctors all the time.

Boys who have sex or get assaulted by older women in many cases go on to not have secure marriages/cheat, develop faster, are more likely to commit a rape or assault and are probably more likely to have an STD. Same with girls who have sex with adult men at a young age (consensual or not)

Feminist idiots like BraneyGumble lie that this has no effect on young boys when it absolutely does. Women like her should be locked up.
