My experience with ephedra

ordered a banned pre workout off of ebay, supposedly has ephedra in it as well as a **** ton of other stimulants like 400 mg caffeine and yohimbine. Took a full scoop, big mistake. I started feeling extremely hot and my heart was racing, felt like I was gonna have a heart attack. Started getting bad tingles all over my body, my hands and feet felt cold. Paced around my room for about an hour until it finally started to slow down. Would not reccomend. Not to mention I **** my brains out. I have done coca1ne before and this was legit more intense.

Thats risky as fuk man. E is a coagulant so you need the asprin to counteract (thin the blood) it. If there was none (or somethign that has a similar effect) then you DEFINITELY risked some permanent damage. Just buy some methylsynephrine next time. It's not quite as powerful, but it works basically the same

I took a tab once preworkout from a not to mention supplement brand mixed with aspirin and caffein. Best workout I ever had, felt absolutely super human. Nearly killed someone on my way home because he looked at me funny

have said this multiple times, stack aspirin with it. Its a coagulant and a stimulant. It can cause high blood pressure and stroke.

If you’re in the states you did not buy a pre workout with ephedra. What may be listed as it has no actual ephedrine. You responded that way to the yohimbe.

Synephrine is found in bitter orange and the attached methyl group is just for easier absorption i believe. Its much safer. But good on you for being much more cautious. You can also look into teacrine (not creatine) is you want to try somethign other than caffeine type stimulants

I bet it wasn’t real herbal ephedra, but synthetic ephedrine. Huge difference. Real ephedra was the best supplement ever made. Dead serious.

why'd you take that much you dumbass?

it's a great appetite suppresant with caffeine. as a preworkout? i dunno, caffeine alone does the job.

but i started getting awful comedowns so i stopped taking ephedrine. comedowns lessened in intensity but still persisted with just caffeine so now i don't take anything. used to take 24mgE100mgC twice a day.

never took aspirin with it. got my BP checked by a doctor and it was fine. headaches only when the caffeine wears off which is normal.

It would explain why the company was selling it also since ephedrine is still technically legal with certain restrictions in some states and ephedra was banned on a federal level.

That should be a clue that there’s something strange going on. Real ephedra would either be one of two things:

Ma Huang 910 mg (standardized for x% ephedra alkaloids = 20 mg)

Or

Ephedra Sinica (standardized for x% ephedra alkaloids = 20 mg)

Keep in mind it’s been nearly 20 years now, but it should be something like that if it were real herbal ephedra.

Keep it.

If you live in a climate that gets really cold in the winter youncam take it before going out on a jog outside. You can be shirtless in swim shorts and feel nice and warm even its its blowing ice cold wind.

Just make sure to take your fish oil.

Pretty sure my Caffeine(100mg)/L-theanine(200mg) pills were not mixed well and the one I took today was all caffeine. Supposed to be 100mg of caff but my heart rate was 100-120 for at least an hour just walking on flat ground. Probably got Felt like a panic attack but no matter how well I controlled my breathing and rested it wouldn't stop. Sucked ass.
