all I have is a hex bar and a barbell

recommend me a leg workout.

currently do 4-6 working sets of 8-12 reps with the trap bar and then finish off with deadlifts.

i'm thinking of just doing jefferson squats/deads today. just keep repping 8-12 and moving the weight up gradually, see where it goes.
