Most simple and cheapest way is to just use a baking soda toothpaste and use hydrogen peroxide 3-6% as a mouthwash.

There is a toothpaste called super smile that is the real deal. Expensive on the website but cheaper to get on amazon. Whitens your teeth almost instantly and is less damaging to enamel.

I have found this way effective to whiten teeth and its natural. You can do this three times a day and its safe. I hope I do a little help for you.

for daily i prefer 3%, but 6% is ok if diluted properly.

Don't put that peroxide in your mouth... Your teeth discolour with 2 types of staining; intrinsic (inside the tooth) and extrinsic (surface staining from say red wine, coffee, smoking)

All the over the counter toothpastes only work because they're abrasive and they remove the surface stains but do nothing to your teeth whiteness, actually are damaging to your teeth. If they claim they've got peroxide in it's a sales gimmick, it's on your teeth for a couple of minutes at a minute percentage, will do nothing

You need peroxide to sit on your tooth and enter it to remove the intrinsic stains, hydrogen peroxide in studies optimised whitening effect after 60-90mins. To get this = dentist made bleaching trays with hydrogen/carbamide peroxide as a gel or strips like crest whitening strips which sit on your teeth

Yes aslong as it's diluted properly, I don't use it every day tbh only if I really wanna whiten my teeth I'll use it for 1-2 weeks.

Hydrogen Peroxide is the ONLY effective teeth whitening ingredient and thats why you find it in every single over the counter teeth whitening product. You are simply buying an expensive format of fillers with a different delivery mechanisms (strips/mouth washes) when buying over the counter products. My dad gets a chuckle at people spending hundreds each year on something that comes in a bottle for a couple of bucks.

The hydrogen peroxide bottles even says on them "approved for mouth wash"

You are literally throwing your money away if you buy anything besides cheap hydrogen peroxide for teeth whitening unless you like the simplicity of strips. Many people get night time trays and fill them with Hydrogen peroxide if you want to keep it on their teeth for an extended time.

Why would you use a hyrogen peroxide mouth wash?
the hydrogen peroxide would touch everything, your gums, your tongue etc.
When the key is to only whiten your teeth. Also the mouth wash would only be in your mouth for a very little time.

You're much better off with crest white strips that have a higher percentage of hydrogen peroxide, on your actual teeth for 30 minutes, and on your teeth only.

Im guessing you missed my comments or I added them after you read it about the trays if you want direct application. Most people whiten their teeth occasionally and subsequently require intensive whitening (Time/direct application).....If you regularly use a mouthwash with hydrogen peroxide they will become white and stay white. You wont have to use strips multiple times a year.

...again if you like the strip method of delivery, go fo it. Its just a very expensive product for something that costs pennies you can do in a tray.

Brush your teeth and use Crest Whitestrips. I can only use the Gentle Routine because of one of my teeth is half fake. I chipped it in half during football, and the one next to it was cracked as well. My helmet got ripped off and I took a tackle to the face lol. If I use the highest degree, it enters my tooth and irritates my nerve. I will eventually need to get the tooth fully removed and replaced, but I'm holding onto this one as long as possible.

Best purchases I made was an Philips Sonicare DiamondClean toothbrush, A Waterpik, and sensodyne toothpaste. The toothbrush was on sale for $150 down from $300, the Waterpik was cheap, and the toothpaste was good. I drink a lot of coffee so I stain my teeth often. I brush my teeth at work immediately after drinking coffee to prevent the stains, and I brush them before I go to bed. Waterpik is essentially a flosser and keeps your gumlines clean, and the toothpaste is just toothpaste. Teeth whiteness also depends on your genetics as well, some people have naturally whiter teeth than others. I use Whitestrips every other year to keep my smile white. The results for Whitestrips aren't permanent, and will eventually fade away, so you need to keep using them if you want that extra white smile.

Fake teeth don't change color. But you could whiten the fuk out of your teeth. Then get a new fake tooth that matches your now pearly whites.
And you'd have a perfect white smille.
The downside is, you'll have to whiten often because otherwise that fake white tooth will stand out.

Can confirm on the sonicare toothbrush, it's the best.
I never tried a waterpik floss but i did read a lot of people saying regular floss is more efficient, although more time consuming.
So waterpik > no flossing. But regular floss > waterpik.

Seems like sound advice, what's the dilute ratio on it though, guessing the product mentioned above is pre-diltued ? I used hydrogen peroxide for three months without knowing I was supposed to dilute with water, I could feel air on my teeth they were so sensitive.

Personally, i wouldnt use the commercial stuff unless its all natural ingredients. Cant be good for your teeth

-Turmeric, Baking soda and Coconut oil work well. Add some peppermint oil for flavor though, not that it tastes terrible or anything
-Charcoal toothpaste works pretty well if you use it regularly
-Mash up a strawberry on your toothbrush and brush with it and baking soda. Strawberries have malic acid in them and thats one of the primary ingredients in tooth whitening agents
-Swish with H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide)

Enamel is see through. Only stuff that penetrates it and whitens the teeth inside, will have a whitening effect.

Same result, but a lot cheaper with the crest strips. Also less sensitivity.
The professional stuff whitens it instantly, making your teeth sensitivity go through the roof.

The crest white strips work great. Ive tried those as well as the kits with mouths trays and lights and the crest strips are best imo. Mist convenient and results seems aa good or better.

Fukin things hurt like a bitch the first week or so though. I think my teeth are sensitive so your mileage may vary.
