What's your bicep insertions looking like misc?
Potential to build arnold type high peaks or just very filled biceps?
According to my insertions, there's abit of a gap between the bicep to my forearm so it seems i'm on the high peak side instead of the filled look and have a low muscle belly
are you a high bicep insertion or low and are you fine with it or do you prefer the latter?
