It's such a beautiful morning.
The sun is shinning. Leaves are in full color change mode.Cool, but not cold. Nothing beats that crisp fall air. There are also Canadian geese everywhere filling up on grubs and aerating the lawn before they migrate. Tis a great day!

I remember that I need to eat copious amounts of food just to maintain my weight because I was cursed with ectomorphism
And then I remember that even though I've made a lot of progress on my goals, there's still so much to do and no guarantee that I'll do it, and no one else who is actually helpful for me.

Fall is GOAT. I started the day with a 5 mile ruck through a nature preserve in 55 degrees. Can't beat it.
