She wasn't in her stall. I went into her pasture and a buzzard flew up. I found her in the yellow and purple wild flowers. She was still alive, but down. The next morning, she was up briefly and came into the barn yard. She was able to eat, but her tongue kept sticking out. I had been medicating her for a possible protozoal infection. She went down again in the evening. I braced myself against her shoulder so she could eat. Covered her with a blanket. The next morning she was still down so it was time.
