Should you feel happy or sad for moving on and forgetting your ex/oneitis?

I feel so lost, she has lived in my head for such a long time, a constant thought. I could not function for such a long time after the breakup wherever i went i thought of her. I'd think of her laugh, her smile, i'd say quotes in my head about her.. i'd pretend to have conversations with her. I would remember the sex, literally could almost feel her body riding me

Now it's just evaporated... all of it. I know it's a good thing but i feel sad about it. I've been looking at her instagram lately and i don't really feel anything or even care anymore. I just wish i didn't beg for her back after she cheated on me (which validated her) i wish i at least made her feel guilty and called her out but i guess at the time i just blamed myself and i was in a bad state/ was not thinking right.


What do I do with myself now?

She is still the hottest girl i've been with but i dont' even fap to memories because i don't really remember her that well anymore. so i just fap to tik tok.

but i kinda miss being in love with her, remembering her, her laugh, her quotes, the sex, but at the sametime that brought sadness, fury and depression now it's all gone.
