I make a stack of 3 cheeses.

White cheddar
Gruyere
Aged yellow sharp

Then dust with a bit of shaved parm.

I usually use nice Garlic loaf from a local bakery or texas Toast

Went with smoked gouda and muenster, kinda poverty cheese selection tbh. Also got bacon and jalapenos, thanks guise
