Interpreting dreams
I took some OTC sleep pill and had some very vivid and realistic dreams last night.
One of them I was going to go fishing with some friends and I couldn’t find my go to rod. Even though I have like 20 of them. Anyway we searched around for what seemed for hours and couldn’t find it. I woke up thinking it was gone but it was right where I kept it. Not sure what that was about.
And another one my dad fell down and I gave him CPR and saved his life. That kinda scared me.
And I remember tidbits of other dreams where I hooked up with Jamie Lynn siegler loll (sopranos version)

I have always interpreted my dreams not by based off what actually happened in them, but by the theme, my mood, the emotions. Those things point in the direction of what my subconscious is trying to tell me

I woke up to the same nightmare at the same time every morning (4:45) for the last week with the exception of last night where it was every two hours. What can this mean?? I don't want to sleep. Hold me bros.
