Weird bottle BB.com sent me [potato pics]

BB.com sent me this with my order. It's got a cup down in it and strainer type thing near the top. I'm guessing it's their version of a Blender Bottle, but I'm not sure.

cup holds powder for when you're ready to mix and attaches to bottom
strainer goes inside to help break up said mix while shaking
