What part of the US has the highest ratio of Stacy's to average looking guys?

I'll see these video's in the deep south of these HBB with these 4/10 male's like it's the norm. Here in CT you need to be in like the top 10% just to get a girlfriend. what part of the country give average guys like me a fighting chance?

Nashville just has the most ridiculous amounts of bachelorette parties going there every weekend. Like per capita, more than Vegas.
