What can dogs bite through? How to protect yourself?

If someone wanted to protect themselves from a dog bite, maybe you are afraid of getting bitten going to the dog park or whatever reason, let's say the most powerful bite, which is apparently the rott at 328 pounds (followed by the GS at 238, and the American pitbull terrier at 235 pounds), what would work? It should be concealable under clothing, so no dressing up as a full knight. And no wearing 10 layers of regular clothing.

Let's not even consider clothing as part of the layers at all.

I'm thinking the legs would be the first priority, followed by the forearms. Hands are kind of hopeless. Neck is obvious. What about torso/chest? Do dogs really bite the stomach area? How would they get a grip on it?

And I know not getting bitten in the first place is best, that's not the point though.

Thoughts?

Have you tried not going to the dog park?

I have 2 highly trained rotties and a dog park full of low IQ owners and pitty moms is the last place I want them to be.

wtf it hurts through that huge thing? That's pretty strong.

I was thinking something like metal armor though, not too thick to be that heavy. Thin enough to be formed around shins etc to create a good fit to wear under clothes. I assume it wouldn't have to be too thick.

It's not just the bite, it's the fight, they are shaking you and manuevering you. Maybe you can get one of those bite suits but then you might trigger a few dogs with training.

I have a pit mix, GSD, Flatcoat retriver/lab, Lab, and a Sheba Inu. The GSD is a puppy.

Bruh you forgot the Turkish kangal, bite is double that of a rottie, they are by far the most terrifying dogs. If one of them attacks, good night sweet prince.

Hmm, so no matter what, if a (big) dog charges at you it will probably knock you off balance and to the ground no matter how good your stance was to absorb the charge? I was thinking with metal armor it wouldn't be able to latch on at all, so the bite and shake thing wouldn't happen.

If all you have is a t shirt you are probably better off throwing it at the dog to distract it then trying to stab it, I can't imagine a little t shirt would do anything, a rolled up jacket maybe though.

Is this a troll thread? How are you supposed to cover your arms and legs without looking like an autistic knight. You're going to need thick leather/polyethylene/kevlar or thin hardened steel at minimum, which is still going to be ridiculous. And if you fall over, the dog is going to maul your face and neck, how are you going to wear a concealable helmet?
