Contact brahs tips

Besides be healthier as astigmatism is beta trait. I’ve been sleeping in them as I get frustrated easily and I think it may start f”img up my eyes. Just went to the doc and he says I’m good but he is adamant about not sleeping in them. Any tips or tricks on how to get them in. My eyes are thin as is and I get frustrated easily, but long term I need to know how to do this better.

I have glasses on order but I’d prefer not to have to always wear them

Yeah you're definitely not supposed to sleep in them brah.

Just pull you eyes open and touch your eye with the lens on your finger.

It’s tough at first but just keep doing it. Always keeping them wet with a solution helps as they dry out easily and it’s hard to put in a dry contact. I always use a couple drops for every attempt.

I never have issues but my wife does a lot.

Yeah after a while you just get used to putting them on and off. At first it does feel kinda weird putting your finger up to your eye without flinching but, you just get used to it. And yeah shouldn't sleep with them. The few times I have slept with them, it usually makes the contact lens dry an makes it harder to remove later.

I've put contacts in my eyes every single day since I was 11 years old.

What is the problem here? You're afraid to touch your eyeball? If you were my 10 year old son, I would stand behind you and make you put them in and take them out until you quit bitching.

Don’t care about touching my eye. It just always falls off my finger into the sink and ****. And then I get frustrated and it makes it harder lol
Also I try to look up but I never know if I’m missing my eye or not cause I can’t very well see if I’m on the correct line lol

I have no issue just taking them out. That’s easy.

I tried to get contacts but I srsly couldn't get the dam things in my eyes. The couple times I did, getting them out wasn't as bad. I gave up on them since my rx was super low. I really only need them for distance and sometimes close up if the print is really small. I just wear my glasses if I need to for driving, especially at night.
