Try getting off social media as we head towards the new year

Focus on yourself and improving yourself. Showing off to random people that only want to one-up you is not a sustainable way to live.

Be a good person in and out. Find similar people or bring the best out of them.

Help people lose weight and overcome mental weakness.

And don’t give your money away to silly products, services and companies. Invest in yourself. Not in looking good for others.
