Post an unusual food combination thats *chefs kiss

My go to breakfast these days

Raison bran - Vanilla almond milk - 1-2tsp really good quality instant espresso powder sprinkled on top.

Mega HNNNNGGGG. just slightly sweet from the raisins. The milk at the bottom is flavoured with raisins and a slight coffee flavour. Also you clean out your entire system after. 10/10

Buffalo/Hot Sauce on tuna.

Fat from the mayo goes well with the spice, add some fresh lettuce and you're in for a banging sammy.

Hear me out....

Toasted bread w/ some nut butter on it.... + eggs.

Normally I'd also throw on some crispy turkey bacon I sautee with some sweet peppers & Paprika + some green onions. But just the toast and eggs is fine too. TRUST TRUST

Are you not entertained?

I've done it with both kosher dills and bread and butter - I prefer it with homemade bread and butter and LOTS of apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and even onions in your fermenting solution.

Homemade bread and butter can be really good. So far the store brands I've tried are icky to me...taste just syrupy sweet mostly.

Here is a simple one - My buddy, who was a stoner in college, got me started putting strawberry jelly on a basic homemade grilled cheese sandwich.

I hate strawberry but there is something about the combo that makes it 100x better. Its sweet and salty combo...
