Love Kinobody. Like the dude above said he changed my approached to lifting and made more gains because of it. I know he stole from the Dutch dude and all those (with some adjustments though), but this video is why Kinobody/Greg O'Gallagher fuks and I can't even remember the name of the founder of Leangains. MARKETING. First minute of that video I'm already cracking up and shared it with my friends. Mirin Kinobody.
