bench, incline, overhead ratio

What ratio of flat bench, incline bench, and overhead press do you do? I am thinking of going from 1:1:2 to 0:1:1

I don’t press flat (except the nautilus converging plate loaded) or completely vertical. In a push workout usually 1 incline or low incline chest and 1 high incline shoulder press

In a chest workout (rare) I’ll do a low incline and a mid incline in the same session (usually 1 free weight and second a machine)

If you count converging chest press (Like a hammer strength) as flat, then I do 1:1:1

I only have time during the week for a heavy Upper day, heavy lower day and light full body.

So on upper days it’s chest press and incline DB press and on FB day its light seated DB without back support (with some light pec deck and cable lateral raises)
