Do you guys ever fap to your ex's insta?

Been looking at my ex's insta lately and fapping to it and there are a few things i'm starting to notice

1- She isn't very attractive at all. Her face has changed and she doesn't look as cute anymore.

2- She is an insta attention hoe yet only has 700 followers. That's pretty chit tier when you think about it. Any attractive girl who posts a few sexy pics easily gets 1k + . Further proves point 1.


I don't know what to do. I think breaking NC and looking at her gram actually helps me. I have think fake image / person in my head that i love that's not her.

I still miss the sex and her personality though and i feel a bit jelly of the guy she's dating

Either post pics from her instagram of stfu.

You can edit out her face or anything identifiable or not.
