How do i stop my obsession with my oneitis?

Broke up such a long time ago but everyday i think about the sex we had and the memories and her voice and face.

Some days i can remmeber real well and get sad other days i feel a bit better but it's like a constant throb

i just want to be with her again i want to see her smile and laugh and cuddle and do everything. I don't know what to do

- Had sex and dated other girls
- Got a new job
- Focus on gym
- no contact (but breaking this tomorrow and sending her a text on my burner phone)


don't know what to do think ill just think of her for years. and knowing some other dude gets to have her kills me.
