Asking girls out from work? (pics) (reps)

Op is a resident physician at a hospital; my contract ends in a couple of months. There's a very attractive nursing student who's probably a couple of years younger than me.
Should I ask her out? I definitely wouldn't lose my job or anything of the sort just wanted your opinions on how I should approach this given its a work setting.
