Hot shower, 10% benzoyl peroxide to bring it to the surface, pop it and then put a cosrx patch on there

Stop squeezing it you donkey. You're only inflaming the area more. Unless you can pop it immediately, and have it heal overnight before seeing them then don't bother. Icing it is probably your best option, if you're gay and self conscious then maybe some makeup too.

That's what I'm saying man, cysts either recede or come to the surface to pop. You can accelerate this process with heat or ice, but unless it's close, your best bet is reassessing at the end of the day, or the next. Squeezing it when it isn't ready just makes the area look more red and might even exacerbate the appearance.
