Failing to get drunk on light beer (SRS)

I accidentally bought a case of light beer and thought it might help me enjoy a drink without my gut coming back. But I’ve had 3 tonight and I feel *nothing*. Literally feels like I’ve had zero alcohol tonight.

It takes 3 beers at an 8% or higher for me to feel anything. So at a light 4%, I’ll drink water instead.

Depends on the beers and what I've eaten. If I drink 3 bud lights after eating a burger or something I won't feel anything other than full. If I drink 3 90 minute IPAs and haven't eaten much ill feel pretty buzzed.
