Ita already been proven that a white applicant will pretty much always be chosen over Asian/indian/blacks no matter the job. The only time affirmative action works is for blacks when applying to unis. In fact it actually hurts Indians/Asians and decreases their chances in getting into a uni. They're extra screwed when it comes to applying for jobs since the overwhelming majority of employers will prefer a white candidate with less qualifications tover any other race even if they're a bleeding heart liberal. The only ones affirmative action seems to benefit the most are women including white women who already one of the most privileged and white men in applying to unis...
