Yup. I've probably lost some muscle mass. Gonna turn it all around this month though.

I'd say a little better. Been working out and eating the same this whole time. Doing a little more cardio since I'm working from home all day. It's nice to get outside and get sunlight and fresh air.

cardio health is better now because i have more free time so im doing more cardio, go figure

but my body composition and overall health were way better before. the gyms being closed for 6 months meant i couldn't do weight training and i did a mini cut, so lost tons of muscle.

massively more stressed now which is one of the key factors in health. as are most people. thanks governments

My co workers have mentioned it now, and all the ladies are v happy to speak to me.

honestly a toss up. My weight stayed the same, even though my weights were very limited at home, so i trained differently. Thinking i'm in better shape now because of how i adjusted my training, and incorporated it into the normal gym now.

Currently the best I've ever looked. Which is weird because I've been a full-blown alcoholic since march.

Started finishing up my home gym late last year and early this year. Became super busy after summer of '19 and the only way to get a hard workout was to have a home gym. Cancelled my membership in Feb. Dumb luck that I did it all before covid.

I'm back to a point where I feel good about myself again. Probably more muscle now with a bit more fat as well. But I'm within striking distance of being in the shape I was in December 19, which was probably the best of my life.

Much worse

Gained easily 10lbs of pure lard

10%bf to 15% I’m guessing

Haven’t had the motivation to get completely consistent since gyms opened back up

A bit better. Work schedule has been way flexible but still been getting paid. Always lifted at home, so that wasn't an issue.

Way worse now.

Tried to workout at home but only had 50lb dumbells.

Came back to the gym and all my strength is gone.

First week back I couldn’t do 185x10 on squat

Much worse. I am way skinnier and lost a lot of weight, but it's awful now.

Was bigger and stronger, and built up a pretty solid muscular endurance. Was doing tons of farmers walks, rows for 40+ reps all out, 20 rep squats, tons of bodyweight circuits in my warm ups, stretching at the end of every workout, etc. I was fukking crushing it in the gym at 230lbs.

Now I just weighed in at 212lbs of just out of shape kind of skinny. I just ran with my dog and chasing her in the backyard, and came in barely able to catch my breath....

My strength has dropped by 30-50% and I've put on probably 5 lbs of fat. Finally bought some weights.
