Need protons and laptop to misc. Do I bring it all in a backpack? How do I fail selection?

Some people brought their ipads not sure about a laptop let alone a backpack. Most likely they’ll send you home by 12 noon.

Just bring your phone. If you go to criminal side you can't bring chit in. If civil side you may but you won't have time like that. Keep it light and mobile. Keep shake stuff in car for lunch break.

I actually liked jury duty when I had it. Our jury was a group of tradies and bros vs sjw females and stay at home moms. Bros ended up dropping truth bombs in deliberation for hours until we had a majority. Saved this local manufacturing company millions from some scam lawyer.

When they ask you if there is any reason you can't be impartial, just tell them that you generally don't trust lawyers, specifically don't like defense attorneys, and believe that cops do a good job of arresting bad people, only to see crooked defense attorneys manipulate the system to allow them to go free.

The defense attorney will put your name at the very top of the list for exclusion from the jury pool.

The judge might throw you some attitude, especially a woman judge, but who cares? You'll be on your way home before you can say "Johnny Cochran" three times fast.

Argue or play retarded when they have the legal crash course 101. One woman would not accept that a witness statement is enough evidence to sentence someone. I wanted to be a juror just for the experience but I got off because our case involved my former swim coach getting robbed at wing stop. Also the shift manager on duty were the first boobs I’ve felt. Definitely biased.
