I encountered a burglar/intruder in one of my rental properties when it was supposed to be unoccupied. He spent 18 months in jail. Now I have surveillance cameras in them when they are not rented out, they are aimed at the front door and HDTV. I get an alert on my phone when there is motion. A few months later I saw someone tampering with the HDTV through the camera. Police were there in 30 seconds and made an arrest. Now that person has to see me every week to take a drug screen in order to get their kids back from the state.

This, pretty much. I found this place in high school a few years before I made this account, and I made my way to the misc. I don't remember how. I came back a few months ago after taking a break for several years because of covid. I was wondering what people were saying about it outside of the media and my friends, so I checked back in on all of the forums I used to post on.
