Misc I show you how to Make Ghost Pepper Brown Rice

Rinse 2 cups brown rice in a collander (need to get out excess starch). Lots of cold water rinse until clear.

Put 4 cups water in a blender with ghost peppers. I grow these you can’t buy in grocery stores so if you do not have buy habaneros. 2 tablespoons Knorr (this is the critical ingredient, has MSG and salt), ½ tsp garlic powder and ½ tsp onion powder, about 1 tablespoon olive oil. Puree.

45 minutes covered in a shallow pan. I don’t have a rice maker I do this on the stove. This pan works so much better than something taller and less radius.

It's pretty hot, but pureeing the peppers in the blender makes it doable. You don't want to chop these up and they will destroy you as it works through your system.

Does it make your eyes water? Does it make your throat swell up and hard to breathe ? Could you do this with a jalapeno instead ? How hot is this compared to jalapeno ?

They can be very hot. It's the seeds that have all the capsaicin in em. I grew a plant before and taking care of em normally they weren't too bad to eat whole.

Once I starting pissing em off by starving em of water for a few days I ended up with some super gnarly peppers that would ruin your day
Thanks for your input, you frauding fat slampig-Sirfapsalot '20

Dude it is 2 ghost peppers so the equivalent of minimum 200 jalapenos.

It's not pepper spray, it is completely doable. I'll eat a bowl with beans and chicken and BBQ sauce, no worries

yeah they do well and get hotter in arid climate. I really only water them once the leaves start to droop

It's the placenta, not the seeds, that contain the capsaicin
