windows taskbar won't go away when playing vids full screen in browser

this issue suddenly popped up about a week ago

how da I fix this brahs?

resetting windows explorer like in video below DOESN'T work



I want the task bar to stay locked unless watching a vid in full screen

restart comp fixes it
restarted computer, has been a while (usually shut down completely)

didn't fix it unfortunately

annoying af since you can't acces the buttons and slider when in fullscreen (on YT f.e.) since they're behind the taskbar

Lol @ windows, even my gameboy advance has a better OS

for some reason opening another program, closing it and then going back to the vid fixes it for me
