Did you eat all the fatty pieces too?

Was going to suggest reverse searing to get a medium rare throughout, but that's a restaurant cooked steak. It's not too badly over cooked on the outer, but totally raw in center. I'd rate how they cooked it as 5/10.

That you had a tomahawk steak diner though, 10/10, would still eat it as well.

Oh wow I actually found one at Sam's Club before. Of course I ate all of the fatty pieces. Those have the most flavor.

So apparently they only use a grill and no oven or sous vide to cook their steaks. To be honest in my city the way my steak was cooked is more of a rare even though you say medium rare. Tasted amazing but the cook was a little off.
