Need advice on baking 2lbs of Salmon
Still new to fixing salmon and don't know the best temp and time. Any advice?

What type of salmon? Fillet? If it's a fillet like sockeye or coho (thinner than Spring/King), put layer of tinfoil on your pan so it doesn't stick, heat oven to 400F, salt pepper and dill on the fillet, bake 12 minutes, take out of oven and let sit on hot pan for 5 minutes to finish cooking. Put on plate and eat. Make a homemade tartar sauce (super easy) to dip salmon in.

I brush mine with evoo, sprinkle with cracked black pepper and kosher salt. Slide them chits in the oven for about 20 minutes on 350.

if you are gonna oven it, put a steel bowl with some water in it in there so it can stay moist. Salmon can dry out easily sometimes but shouldnt be a problem if you bast it with a butter sauce or something

I'm thinking 375 for 20mins wrapped in foil. Idk tbh
